• Running processes or scripts that could disrupt the platform’s stability or affect other users.

3.5 Breach of Privacy and Confidentiality

• Collecting or sharing data from Urban IQ that you are not authorised to access or disclose.

• Failing to comply with privacy laws, including obtaining consent where required for data collection or usage.

Responsibilities of Users

Users of Urban IQ are expected to:

• Use the platform for its intended purpose, within the limits of authorisation.

• Protect account credentials and immediately report any unauthorised access.

• Ensure all content uploaded or displayed through Urban IQ complies with applicable laws and policies.

• Respect the privacy of others, including customers, employees, and third-party users.
