Smarter Screens and Stadium-Wide Wi-Fi

A large stadium in Victoria has been transforming into a digital-first venue—and we were proud to be part of the team to help make that happen. Working alongside TGI Sport, we rolled out a modern digital signage and guest Wi-Fi solution designed to enhance fan engagement and simplify content control for stadium operations.

Our team helped deploy a fleet of sleek outdoor portrait-style digital screens powered by a central content management system (CMS). This intuitive platform enables the stadium to schedule content, run advertising campaigns, and push real-time “takeover” messages across all displays. The signage system integrates with the boundary fence digital signage, allowing event operators to synchronize content across the LED parapets and outdoor screens simultaneously during matches.

To support the digital experience, we expanded the guest Wi-Fi network during construction of a new stand. This included additional outdoor Wi-Fi access points in the stadium bowl, Wi-Fi-enabled smart kiosks, and strategically placed routers using both fibre and 5G uplinks. Visitors now enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi from the moment they enter the plaza through to their seats—whether they’re streaming, ordering food, or scanning QR codes on signage.

From seamless connectivity to stunning on-screen content, the stadium is now fully equipped to deliver an engaging digital fan experience, and the system continues to evolve. With cloud-based monitoring, self-healing routers, and flexible splash page advertising, the stadium is ready to keep fans connected and sponsors visible—match after match.
